When I first saw Constance, I was in daily pain, due to severe arthritis in my left knee. I had already had a replacement in my right knee and was hoping for a different solution for my left knee. I learned about acupuncture at a seminar presented by Angela, the treatment coordinator for Still Waters Healing Center. Even though I did not like needles, I was willing to try it, if it might help with my pain.

Constance is a remarkable person as well as a remarkable Acupuncture Physician. She took a thorough history and explained how acupuncture could help improve health overall as well as relieve pain.Most of the time, you don’t feel the needles and, if you do, it’s for a nanosecond. Constance has a remarkable touch and uses other things that I can’t even spell to aid in your treatment.

My initial visit was the end of October 2008. About the 4th or 6th treatment, she took me from knife stabbing pain to zero pain, and I was amazed, to say the least. Constance is very humble and gives God the credit for the healing. My pain returned after 4 days of no pain (which was the longest I had been pain free in such a long time), but with continuing treatment my left knee has been pain free since March 2009.

I had an appointment in April with my orthopedist and was able to tell him that I didn’t think I needed a knee replacement. He agreed.

I will be eternally grateful to Constance. The other staff at Still Waters Healing Center are also very professional and helpful.
