Appointment Policy:

The regular cost of your new patient consultation is $150.  A discounted fee of $50 is required at that time to schedule a new patient appointment. It usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour.  If you do not show or late cancel within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the $50 fee can not be applied or refunded.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule all appointments.

If you are going to miss your appointment, please call so that others may be seen.  If you are running late, please call so that we can instruct you whether to continue to the office or to reschedule.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be seen in an effort to stay on time for the remaining patients.  In most instances when you afford us the courtesy of a call, we will make every practical effort to accommodate you; however, you may not be able to have an appointment that week.
